Céline Rousseau and Chef Christophe Grégoire unite French-inspired traditions, knowledge, and skills to create a tasting experience of refinement, storytelling, and artistry.

Céline Rousseau, an award-winning French-Australian winemaker and General Manager of Eden Wines, brings over 25 years of international expertise to cool-climate wine. Trained in Bordeaux and Reims Champagne, she blends scientific precision with artistry, crafting wines celebrated for their elegance, clarity, and expression of terroir. Her career as a Senior Flying Winemaker spans Bordeaux, Western Australia, and Europe, giving her a rare hemispheric perspective on terroir and vintage. Since 2017 at Eden Road Wines, she has led organic certification, vineyard expansion, and quality system refinements, earning national recognition, multiple trophies, and a 97-point Halliday selection. Awarded Qantas Young Winemaker of the Year and a finalist for Gourmet Traveller Wine’s Winemaker of the Year, Céline continues to shape Australian cool-climate wine with elegance, integrity, and deep respect for the enduring art of French winemaking. Céline will guide you through each wine’s journey, from grape to glass, immersing you in heritage, culture, and place.

Chef Christophe Grégoire, a French master chef born and raised in the Les Vosges region, brings decades of experience in French dining, global culinary education, and cultural storytelling. He was the creative force behind the award-winning Le Très Bon in Bungendore and formerly led the celebrated restaurant “Christophe’s” in Manuka, Canberra, earning critical acclaim for his ingredient-driven French cuisine. Passionate about teaching, Christophe believes that sharing knowledge is even more lasting than a single great dish; through his cooking school, both in person and online, he has mentored countless young chefs and food enthusiasts. Renowned for bringing French terroir, technique, and heart to every plate, he was honoured in 2024 by the French Republic as a Knight of the National Order of Agricultural Merit (Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole) for his distinguished services to French gastronomy.

Together, Céline and Christophe invite guests to an exclusive evening where world-class wines meet exquisite French-inspired cuisine, an experience of taste, culture, and storytelling that celebrates the finest expressions of heritage and local terroir.
