This potage you'll come back to again and again throughout the colder months — comforting, flavourful, and deeply satisfying.

What You Need to Know:

  • Once you book, you’ll receive:

    • A list of ingredients and kitchen equipment you’ll need to have ready before the class begins.

    • A Zoom link to access the live class.

  • On the day:

    • Set up your workstation and kitchen bench with the listed ingredients and tools.
